Because every order is manufactured according to customer specifications, additional conditions apply to artwork approval, production, returns, and order modifications.

All quotations are prepared according to the information provided by the customer.
Pricing may vary depending on:
- Paper material

- GSM or paper thickness
- Printing method
- Number of print colors

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days.

Production begins only after payment requirements have been satisfied.
Depending on the order, payment may be required:
- In full before production
- According to an agreed payment schedule
- Under approved credit arrangements for qualified business customers
Failure to complete payment may delay production or result in order cancellation.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or governmental charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Custom Manufacturing
Every product manufactured by Shop Custom Papers is produced specifically for the individual customer.
Unlike stock packaging products, custom printed papers are manufactured according to approved specifications, including:
- Paper type
- Paper weight
- Dimensions
- Printing colors
- Logo placement
- Artwork
- Quantity
- Finishing options
Because these products are personalized, they cannot normally be resold or reused.
For this reason, custom orders cannot usually be returned or exchanged except where a verified manufacturing error exists.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information before production begins.
This includes:
Product Specifications
Customers should carefully verify:
- Product size
- Paper material
- Quantity
- Printing colors
- Finishing requirements
Contact Information
Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Delivery Information
Incorrect addresses or incomplete shipping details may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
7. Artwork Submission
Customers may upload artwork in approved file formats.
For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution vector artwork whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted files contain:
- Correct spelling
- Accurate dimensions
- Proper logo placement
- Suitable image resolution
- Required bleed areas
- Embedded or outlined fonts where applicable
Artwork that does not meet production standards may require modification before printing.
8. Artwork Approval
Before manufacturing begins, customers receive a digital proof for review.
The proof should be carefully examined for:
Text Accuracy
Review all spelling, grammar, punctuation, and contact information.
Design Layout
Confirm the placement of logos, graphics, borders, and background elements.
Dimensions
Verify that the approved size matches your intended application.
Print Colors
Ensure requested colors are correctly represented.
Production begins only after receiving final approval.
Once approval has been provided, Shop Custom Papers cannot be held responsible for errors appearing in the approved artwork.
9. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers retain ownership of the artwork they submit.
By uploading artwork, customers confirm that:
- They own the design, or
- They possess all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights to reproduce it.
Customers agree that submitted artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Shop Custom Papers shall not be liable for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.
10. Printing & Color Variations
Commercial printing naturally involves minor variations.
Printed colors may differ from:
- Computer monitors
- Mobile devices
- Office printers
- Previous production runs
These differences may result from paper stock, ink absorption, printing equipment, lighting, and screen calibration.
Customers requiring highly specific color matching should request Pantone color matching before production.
Slight color variations within accepted commercial printing standards are not considered manufacturing defects.
11. Production Tolerances
Every manufacturing process includes acceptable production tolerances.
Minor variations may occur in:
Cutting
Slight trim differences within industry standards.
Folding
Minor fold position variations.
Registration
Small shifts in print alignment.
Paper Grain
Natural differences in paper orientation.
Sheet Count
Commercial production may include standard quantity tolerances where applicable.
These normal manufacturing variations do not constitute defects.
12. Design Services
Where requested, Shop Custom Papers may provide design assistance.
Design services may include:
- Logo placement
- Layout preparation
- File adjustments
- Print-ready artwork
- Custom branding concepts
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.
Design fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced.
13. Changes to Orders
Customers may request changes before production begins.
Changes involving artwork, quantities, materials, sizes, or finishing options may affect:
- Pricing
- Production schedules
- Delivery estimates
Once production has started, modifications may no longer be possible.
14. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted before manufacturing begins.
If design work, proof preparation, material purchasing, or production has already started, Shop Custom Papers may deduct applicable costs before issuing any approved refund.
Orders already in production cannot normally be canceled because they are manufactured exclusively for the customer.
